Praxis is pre-launch. Onboarding early operators gives us the shapes we need to lock the product before public pricing. You pay us in shape. We pay you in product.
What does 'shaped from your operating data' mean in practice?+
Connect Slack, Stripe, and your system of record. The agents start running on day one against your data. The fleet shapes to your specific procedures over time as you accept / reject / edit its outputs in /approvals.

What happens to my data if I leave?+
You keep your data. We don't hold it hostage. Talk to the founder if leaving is a near-term concern and we'll handle it directly.
What's the security posture pre-launch?+
Per-tenant Supabase row-level security on every table. Service role is forbidden in the browser bundle (CI lint enforces). All Vault writes go through a single security-definer RPC. Workers re-derive tenant_id from agent_runs by run_id; the Inngest event payload's tenant_id is for tracing only. SOC 2 is post-revenue — we are pre-launch and we tell you that out loud.
